Last week, our colleague Juan Chapapría, was invited by the Association of Real Estate Developers of the Province of Alicante (PROVIA), to know the changes that the modification of the Law 5/2014 of Territorial Planning, Urbanism and Landscape (LOTUP) envisages ), recently approved in Les Corts and pending publication in the DOCV.
